Our Background
House of Ruksh was founded in 1968 to produce finest quality of Indian leather through selection and tanning of select raw hidesand leather products, such as, harness and saddlery, and finished leather.
In the year 2003, Ruksh entered into a joint venture agreement with an Italian company to manufacture and export riding shoes.
Carrying forward the proud tradition, Ruksh Enterprises is a third generation company engaged in the business of production and export of saddlery, footwear, and finished leather.
Company is strictly following the norms of Social, Safety & technical Compliances and very well under process in the accreditation of ISO 9000, SA 8000 & other international audits.
Our Factories
Ruksh Enterprises currently runs three separate units:
- Leather Tannery: Four decades of experience goes into selectionof finest raw hides and a tanning process perfected over the years to produce tough and supple harness leather that is just right for equestrian, footwear & leather products.
- Leather and Textiles: The Company produces and exports one of the largest collection of equestrian products, such as saddles, bridles, breeches, horse rugs and a variety of other leather accessories.
- Footwear: After gaining a strong foothold in tanning and producing equestrian products, the company recently shifted its focus and expanded through a European JV towards manufacture of leather footwear. Our products are widely accepted across different markets in Europe, US, and Asia.
Our Quality Standards
We use state-of-the art machinery sourced from Italy, Germany& China for all production processes. All our industrial units are EN compliant stringently following European Standards (ENs) and REACH Compliance norms. We use 100% azo-free dyes and follow all standard and regulatory compliance related to environmental pollution. All our industrial units follow local labour laws. We do not employ child labour.
As every step of the production process from selection of raw hides, tanning, dyeing and processingto designing and manufacture of leather goods is done in-house, we maintain strict quality control at every step to ensure that only the finest products leave our floor and enter the export markets.
Our Footprint
We are currently exporting to Germany, UK, Netherlands, Italy, Austria, Poland, US, Ireland, China and Cambodia. We shall soon be expanding our footprint to all other major international markets in Europe, USA, Australia and Asia.
We are exhibiting our products in SPOGA international trade fair to be held in Germany every year .since 1986. We shall be meeting next at BETA International, UK, in January 2018.
